A brand new publication from UKLPG, Code of Practice 25 (2018) detailing the design, installation and maintenance of central LPG storage facilities which distribute to multiple properties such as metered estates, residential parks and holiday parks is now on sale at an introductory price of £95.

The Code provides definitive and authoritative guidance for managers and owners responsible for the LPG infrastructure supplying multiple properties, ensuring optimum installation design and maximum safety.

CoP 25 covers planning, contract terms, Pipeline Safety Regulation (PSR) compliance, pipework design and water course consideration. The document also contains updated guidance on the positioning of utility apparatus, trench measurements and meter housing placement.

Residential and holiday park owners have welcomed the new Code which offers a consistent approach to pipework routing. The document includes a detailed section on pipework routing and proximity distances within holiday and residential park homes for both existing buried pipework and pipework extensions.
