LPG Customer Delivery Update

Some LPG suppliers are still experiencing a delivery backlog to bulk LPG customers which is due to issues with supply from LPG terminals during the winter and early spring which were then exacerbated by the extreme weather conditions experienced across the country during March and April.

LPG supplies are now returning to normal and UKLPG supply member companies are working hard to catch up on their deliveries to customers. It is hoped that a normal delivery service to all customers will resume very soon.

UKLPG is working with our member companies and other stakeholders to understand how the industry could improve on its response should these unprecedented circumstances occur again in the future.

In the meantime, we would advise customers to ensure you order LPG in plenty of time. Typically this will be when your tank is between 25% and 40% full but this varies between LPG suppliers, therefore please check the information given to you by your supplier.
