As I'm sure many of you will know, Rob Shuttleworth, the longstanding Chief Executive of UKLPG, has retired from the association.

On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Rob for his 12 years’ service at the helm of UKLPG and for his commitment in representing our industry over that time. Rob has been an exceptional leader of the association and I’m sure I speak on behalf of all members when I express our sincerest gratitude to him for all his contributions to the progression of our industry. In the past 12 years there have been moments of great success coupled with moments of adversity and Rob has steered the industry admirably through them all.

Rob's successor will be formally announced in due course and I am sure I can count on members to welcome the new Chief Executive and support them in their new role.

On behalf of the Board, the UKLPG team and members, I wish Rob good luck and full success in his future endeavours.
