Today Liquid Gas UK issue updated safety guidance for those operating and maintaining forklift truck machinery.

Today Liquid Gas UK issue updated safety guidance for those operating and maintaining forklift truck machinery in its Consumer Guidance Sheet 38. The guidance covers the removal of Cylinder/fixed containers, Cylinder/container restraints, Cylinder/container fill coupling, gauges and valves, Hose connections and assemblies. And where fitted: Fuel filter, Fuel injection system, Vapouriser and Carburettor system.

But the guidance principles also apply to other LPG powered engines used in other applications such as grass cutters, but excluding road vehicles.
