Women in LPG - Young Woman of the Year Award 2025

We’re delighted to share that our Public Affairs Manager, Francesca Kirtley-Paine, has been named Runner-Up in the 2025 WINLPG Global Awards - Young Woman of the Year. 

Being recognised on an international stage, alongside such an inspiring and high-calibre group of women, is a huge honour. Francesca is incredibly proud to have been shortlisted and celebrated for her commitment to championing women in the LPG and renewable liquid gas industry.

Speaking about the recognition, she said:

“To be a runner-up in the WINLPG Awards is such a privilege, and I’m proud to stand alongside so many exceptional women who are driving change in our industry. This recognition only strengthens my determination to do more to promote gender diversity in LPG, to spotlight the brilliant women already working in our sector, and to inspire the next generation of female leaders to see the opportunities this industry has to offer.”

The Young Woman of the Year 2025 was awarded to Alice Hutson, Finance Business Partnering Senior Manager at Calor UK. 

Alice has been recognised for her expertise and leadership within the LPG industry, transforming Calor GB’s Finance Business Partnering team into a proactive, trusted partner, alongside her passionate work advocating for inclusion and diversity – mentoring talent and ensuring that all voices are heard – exemplifying the values that WINLPG stands for.
