Young Person in LPG Awards 2024

The YPILPG Awards aims to champion young people aged 35 and under throughout the industry, shining a spotlight on their success, and showcasing the opportunities for young people within the LPG sector.

Young Person in LPG 2024 Winners

Last week, at the Liquid Gas UK Annual Conference in Cardiff, the winners of the Young Person in LPG Awards 2024 were announced, highlighting the exceptional talent and contributions of young professionals in the LPG and renewable liquid gases industry.

Proudly sponsored by Vaillant, the awards celebrate those aged 35 and under who have made a significant impact within the sector. This year marks the fourth edition of the initiative, which continues to inspire a new generation of professionals committed to driving innovation and sustainability in LPG.

We’re thrilled to announce this year’s winners are:

  • Apprentice/Trainee of the Year: Hadley Hilton, Calor
  • Outstanding Achievement: Alisha Nadeem, Flogas
  • Rising Star: Madeleine Jones, AvantiGas

As the LPG industry advances toward its ambitious goal of becoming 100% renewable by 2040, the recognition of young talent remains key to driving the sector forward.

The winners were selected by an expert panel of judges and reflect the promising future of the LPG and renewable liquid gas industry as it continues to evolve and embrace sustainability.

Thank you to everyone who entered but if you didn’t have chance to get involved this year, keep an eye out for when Young Person in LPG 2025 launches next year.
